Phamrong Falls lies about 7 km from Yuksom on the route toward Tashiding, ranking among the highest waterfalls in Sikkim. Dense forest and steep cliffs surround the cascade, which is at its most powerful just after the monsoon season ends. A staircase of roughly 200 steps leads up to a viewpoint offering wide views of the surrounding mountains and greenery. The sound of rushing water and the cool mist near the base make it a popular photography stop for travellers.
