Dolphin's Nose is a rocky headland that gets its name from its resemblance to a dolphin's snout when viewed from a distance. Rising to an elevation of about one hundred seventy four meters, it offers panoramic views of the city and the Bay of Bengal. A nearby lighthouse operates limited evening hours, adding an extra vantage point over the coastline for visitors who time their visit right.
