Namo Ghat

Namo Ghat is a newly developed, grand riverside ghat at Rajghat on the Ganga in Varanasi, inaugurated in 2021 and conceived as one of the most impressive ghats in the city. The ghat features a large statue of Lord Shiva's Trishul, wide stone steps, meditation pavilions, and modern visitor facilities while maintaining the traditional ghat aesthetic. Namo Ghat is designed to accommodate large gatherings for the Ganga Aarti, yoga sessions, and cultural events. The ghat has quickly become popular with visitors and offers a less crowded alternative to the famous Dashashwamedh Ghat for experiencing the Ganga.
