Nivruttinath Samadhi Temple

This temple marks the samadhi of Sant Nivruttinath, a Nath tradition yogi and the elder brother of Sant Dnyaneshwar, the first Varkari saint. After his brother's samadhi, Nivruttinath traveled with his sister Muktabai before himself attaining samadhi near Trimbakeshwar, where this shrine now stands. The site holds particular significance for followers of the Varkari and Nath traditions, offering a quieter pilgrimage stop distinct from the crowds at the main Jyotirlinga temple.
