Rajgir Hot Springs, known locally as Brahmakund, gather water from seven mineral rich streams called the Saptadhara that are believed to emerge from caves higher up Vaibhava hill. The complex of bathing enclosures and small shrines at the foot of the hill has drawn Hindu, Buddhist, and Jain pilgrims for centuries, with the water valued both for ritual purification and for its believed relief of skin ailments. Brahmakund itself, the hottest of the outlets, remains the most visited spot, though the crowded, sometimes uneven upkeep calls for a bit of caution.
