The Temple Tank, known locally as Oruni or Thirukkulam, sits directly opposite Karpaga Vinayagar Temple and greets visitors entering the village. Two Rajagopurams rise along its stepped edges, their tiered towers reflecting in the water during calm hours. Added during a later phase of the temple's expansion, the tank once served ritual bathing needs and today remains a quiet gathering spot for locals at dawn and dusk. Its open banks offer a calm contrast to the dim cave shrine nearby.
