Gandhi Memorial Museum and Library occupies a modest boarding house at Puliyarmala, beside the Puliyarmala Jain Temple, about five kilometres from Kalpetta. It marks the spot where Mahatma Gandhi rested during his 1934 visit to the region, and its small collection holds photographs, documents and memorabilia tied to his life and the independence movement. The museum draws far fewer visitors than the neighbouring temple, making it a quiet, reflective stop that pairs naturally with a Jain temple visit.
