Dandi Kutir Museum

Dandi Kutir Museum, whose name translates to Salt Mount, opened to the public in 2015 as a tribute to Mahatma Gandhi's Dandi March against the salt tax. The museum uses 3D visuals, 360 degree audiovisual shows, and sophisticated electronic displays to narrate Gandhi's biography and the civil disobedience movement. It stands as one of the few museums in the world built entirely around Gandhi's life story, making it a compelling stop for history focused visitors to Gandhinagar.
