Chanderi Handloom Park opened in 2017 and is considered the first handloom park in Asia, bringing together around twenty four master weavers and several hundred traditional weavers under one facility with capacity for 240 looms. Visitors can watch the weaving process up close, from warping and winding to the final zari embroidery that gives Chanderi sarees their signature coin, floral, and peacock motifs. The park also includes shops and trade facilitation space, making it a practical stop for buying directly from the source.
