Jor Bangla Temple, also known as Keshta Roy Temple, was built in 1655 and remains one of Bishnupur's finest examples of terracotta craftsmanship. Its curved double roof follows the traditional Bengali chala style, and every surface, inside and out, is covered with detailed terracotta panels depicting scenes from the Mahabharata and episodes from Krishna's life. The temple's warm laterite tone and dense narrative carving make it a favorite stop for anyone tracing Bishnupur's terracotta heritage through its architecture.
