Laxmi Narayan Mandir stands close to the Bilaspur bus stand, built in Shikhara style with a presiding idol of Vishnu and Lakshmi. When the old town of Bilaspur went under the waters of Gobind Sagar after the Bhakra Dam was completed, several idols including one of Rangnath were moved here for safekeeping, alongside images of Shiva, Durga, and Baba Bangali. The temple courtyard offers a quiet garden setting and stays active with daily worship and occasional community gatherings.
