Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sikh Museum

Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sikh Museum sits close to the Takht and was built in 1983 to mark the three hundredth anniversary of the Guru's martyrdom. Its collection includes rare paintings, manuscripts, and artifacts connected to Sikh history more broadly, alongside material specific to the ninth Guru's life and sacrifice. The museum offers a smaller, more focused alternative to the larger Virasat-e-Khalsa complex, suited to visitors who want a quieter, less crowded space to engage with the same broad sweep of Sikh history.
