Originally known as Aram Bagh, Ram Bagh is the oldest Mughal garden in India, established by Emperor Babur in 1528. Designed in the classic Persian charbagh style, the garden features a sophisticated cooling system with water channels and fountains. It served as a place of relaxation for the royals and briefly housed Babur's remains before they were moved to Kabul. This historic site is a peaceful oasis showcasing early Mughal landscape architecture.
